Six Sigma Canada Inc. has been working in the field of Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Problem Solving since 1999. We have trained, supported and mentored over 3000 highly successful Executives, Champions, Black Belts and Green Belts in the field of Six Sigma.

Six Sigma Canada Inc.’s training philosophy is simple, Teach For Understanding! Dynamic, interactive, and hands-on training are just a few differentiating qualities that trainees will experience. Through in-class examples specific to each type of business, SSC translates the more complex tools into everyday examples that make sense to the non-statistician to ensure an effective transfer of knowledge.

This course is for employees requiring a standardized approach to problem solving for the purpose of continuous improvement. This would include team leaders, supervisors, associates, that will dedicate a time applying the DMAIC tools to projects primarily in their natural work area.

Testimonial:

“Already, we consider our relationship with Six Sigma Canada Inc. a true partnership. Rick, Cliff and their strong supporting staff of Master Black Belts, have provided a source of constant guidance and leadership for our Black Belts and Green Belts, and in a very short period have established a trusting relationship with our Champions. Six Sigma Canada Inc. has lead us through project completions that have resulted in significant cost savings, cost avoidances, as well as strong revenue growth in certain areas. Six Sigma has taught us the importance of fact based decision making, the pitfalls of managing by averages, and the significance of reducing variation. The momentum from our successes is propelling us toward the goal of making six sigma simply “the way we work”.”
