Customer Service Representative, Toronto, ON
About us:
The Rostie Group is a flexible office provider and event venue located in Toronto’s waterfront neighbourhood. We provide full service executive offices, flexible workspace, virtual offices, meeting and training rooms, as well as hybrid meetings.
At this time, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
This role’s duties will include but are not limited to:
Client services:
Front Desk - be the first points of contact for new and existing clients
Assist with other duties around our office spaces - i.e. printing, sending out couriers, answering phone calls
Organizing, sorting, receiving, and sending out our clients’ mail
Welcome our clients’ guests
Ensure our administrative services are carried out - ordering office supplies and maintaining relationships with vendors
Reserving our meeting rooms for our clients
Social Event Coordination:
Work with our team to plan periodic community-building social events and on-site client activations
Collaborate with our team to come up with new ideas for community events
We’re looking for someone who:
Has outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
Has experience holding a front desk/receptionist position
Is well organized, detail-oriented, able to plan ahead, and can get ahead of potential issues before they become issues
Has a team-player attitude
Has an outgoing personality
Eager to learn new skills
Has experience with technology
This position requires flexible hours, as starting times will vary.
