About the client:

The client is a Cyber Security firm that provides a variety of security-focused services to their clients, including security training, internal and network security assessments, along with a variety of security-focused tests, such as penetration and phishing. Additionally, they provide security-focused network projects, such as routing, firewall, wireless, email security, MDM, MFA amongst others.


Description

As a key member of our team, you will ensure successful delivery of projects from conception to completion. The consistent project management processes that you implement will result in clearly defined project goals and accountability across the project team. Through continuous tracking of project progress, risks, and results, you will help ensure the continuous advancement of company’s expert-level service.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned IT Projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project
  • Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns scheduled and expectations as needed
  • Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders
  • Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

  • Required Skills/Experience:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Approachable and team-focused
  • Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning
  • Excellent analytical, logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner
  • PMP Certificate is preferred
  • At least five years of related experience required
