Our sales organization is looking for its next Digital Transformation Principal to join our mid-market sales team that is focused on digital transformation within the Office of the CFO. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, resilient, adept at stakeholder management, and will thrive in a fast-paced growth environment. We are seeking candidates from Management Consulting, SaaS Sales or finance backgrounds that have a successful track record of providing solutions to Fortune 1000 clients.

This role will be performed on site in Houston, TX headquarters.Relocation assistance provided.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a consultative solution advisor with our clients, with a core focus on assisting the sales team in developing and closing new business opportunities
  • Maintain expert knowledge of company solutions to ensure customers have appropriate expectations for products and services
  • Create compelling maturity assessments, customer business cases and digital transformation roadmaps that translate to best-in-class customer solutions
  • Parter with sellers in identifying hurdles and challenges within and come up with appropriate strategies and action plans
  • Aligning with various stakeholders in the prospect’s organization and internal teams (such as product, marketing, engineering, etc) to ensure we drive value for customers.
  • Attend industry events, such as user groups, trade shows, and conferences, to meet new prospects and customers

  • Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience of successful track record in Management Consulting/SaaS Sales or finance industry
  • SME in Record to Report (R2R)
  • Ability to communicate value to C-level executives in Fortune 1000 companies
  • Proven experience in building and sustaining strong strategic relationships
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills
  • 20-30% domestic travel

  • Compensation:

    Less than 15 years experience:

    $165 – 180k base salary + $20-30k bonus + accelerators

    More than 15 years experience: : $190 – $200k base salary + $20–30k bonus + accelerators
