traditional client-server software applications to a micro-services architecture in a containerized environment, with the goal of continuous, rapid integration, deployment, and testing (DevSecOps).
This position requires:
5 to 8 years with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD; B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or a related field; Strong software and systems skills (including both Windows and Linux environments) and experience in software development (C/C++, Java, scripting languages: Python/Perl); 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and integrating complex software systems; Knowledge of modern software architectures, including technologies such as micro-services and Docker containers; JEE/JBOSS Server; message buses such as Advanced Message Queuing Protocol (AMQP), RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ, or SOA-based Enterprise Service Bus (ESB); REST and SOAP Web Services; Knowledge of relational and document-oriented databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB; Experience with tools such as Gradle, Vagrant, Jenkins, Ansible, Splunk, or equivalent is a plus; Experience working in DevOps environment; US Secret Clearance.
