  • What will you be doing?

  • Manage pre-sale Proof of Concepts (POCs)
  • Support post-sale implementations of the platform to large enterprise customers.
  • Use a consultative, problem-solving, and strategic approach to architecture and implementing scalable solutions and workflows that drive customer value.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, managing expectations while identifying solutions and technical challenges with internal teams.
  • Gather feedback from clients to recommend new product features and improvements
  • Document best practices and workflows and create valuable, repeatable solutions
  • Provide support to the post-sale implementation team
  • Ability to travel to customer sites 30% of the time.

  • What are the minimum qualifications?

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Sales Solutions Architect
  • 3+ years of experience with Linux
  • Experience working with defense contractors or the U.S. government
  • Proven and practical project management skills
  • Capable of effectively managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Lite programming skills for minor work, Python, Java, Shell Scripting, or other languages
  • Enterprise software experience, prefer experience working for a software company
  • Preference will be given to candidates with relevant education and certifications.

  • Experience with some of the following experiences is required:

  • Any cloud experience and exposure to Kubernetes, Docker
  • Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision
  • Spatial Computing: AutoCAD or 3D, i.e., experience playing 3D video games, etc.

    Salary:

    $160k – $190k base salary + Commissions, Stock Options,100% employer-paid medical coverage for employees and dependents, and Flexible PTO policy.
