Our client, a Canadian supplier of networking equipment and integrated solutions is seeking a Channel Manager in the Toronto area. In this role you will be responsible for achieving sales and profitability, managing partner’s marketing programs and partner recruitment objectives; Maintain and expand relationships with assigned channel partners; Manage channel conflicts; Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources; Manage forecasts and inventory; Manage SPIFF programs; Lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel; Manage partner compliance with company’s agreement and proactively assess, clarify and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis. The successful candidate will have 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar position managing resellers or VARs and be a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
